After an apprenticeship as an Industrial Business Management Assistant and military service, Gerhard Gaude accomplished the MBA equivalent (Diplom-Betriebswirt) at the University of Applied Sciences Mönchengladbach with emphasis on marketing and personnel management.

He has 20 years management experience in marketing and sales with top companies in the brand industry, such as Henkel, Mars, Kraft.

Gerhard Gaude has been an executive search consultant since 1988 and worked as an acting partner of a management consultancy in the top ten of the executive search companies in Germany for eight years. In the beginning of 2000, he founded the Gaude Management Consultancy - Executive Search.

He placed executives in the brand industry, the synthetic material industry, as well as with telecommunication companies.

Placement of the start-up management for marketing and sales with the largest mobile phone operator, the second largest fixed network carrier, their Internet subsidiary and the FM subsidiary of the largest European transportation company have also been part of his working expertise.
