Founded on the 1st of January in 2000, our aim is the search and preselection of executives on behalf of our clients who might need to fill positions for the first time or they have to reposition their staff in order to improve their market position. Gradually our clients demanded further human resource services so we expanded our service offerings and guarantee personally for the qualified carying out of their projects.

The public company is not listed on the stock exchange. Therefore the consideration for stock exchange capitalisation, dividend distribution and reporting does not apply.
Instead, the equity capital funds ratio of approximately 100% fulfills the financing of all expenditures and investments from equity capital as well as the strict renouncement of credit lines. This fulfills the demand of financial stability - even in times of weak economic activity.
Almost Unrestricted Search Fields and Security for Our Clients
The consultants do not waste their time with managerial discussions about influence on mandates, candidates or taboo lists. We provide an advantage for our clients. It is a list of target companies, on which all competitors of our clients are listed if it is presumed that the potential candidate can be found there.
In addition our clients can be assured that their employees are not addressed by the same consultation which placed them recently.
